Refund & Return Policy

At Phahurat Online, we aim to provide high-quality Indian grocery products to our customers across Thailand.


Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the item, or
  • Refund (full or partial depending on the issue)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
